In 2007, Rainier Pacific acquired a pair of Class A office buildings totaling 134,000 SF in Bellevue’s Eastgate submarket, fully leased to Verizon Wireless. The first building was repositioned with T-Mobile as a new anchor tenant and strategically sold in 2018. As the office market evolved, we recognized that the highest and best use of the second site had shifted to residential. In 2025 we completed a sale to a strategic buyer who entitled the property for townhomes.
