About Rainier Pacific Properties
Rainier Pacific Properties is a family-owned real estate firm founded in 1986. For two generations — forty years this year — we have acquired, developed, and operated commercial investments across the greater Puget Sound region: office, retail, industrial, and multifamily.
We hold for the long term, manage our buildings ourselves, and reinvest in them. We operate our own portfolio and provide asset management for a select group of partners and clients.
Over the past decade we have extended that approach into ground-up development, working alongside Lake Union Partners on mixed-use communities, and into multifamily renovation through Kite Partners.
