Midtown is a mixed-use community at 23rd & Union in Seattle’s Central District, developed in partnership with Lake Union Partners and completed in 2022. The project delivered 432 apartment homes — 301 market-rate and 131 affordable — above 27,000 SF of retail leased to locally owned, independent businesses, along with a public square at one of the most historically significant corners in the city.
