Terrace Station is a transit-oriented, mixed-use community adjacent to the Mountlake Terrace light rail station. Delivered in two phases, the project comprises 426 apartment homes above approximately 76,000 SF of neighborhood retail — Terrace Station West with 258 residences over 60,000 SF of retail, and Terrace Station East with 168 residences over 16,000 SF of retail.
We acquired the property already entitled and permit-ready, and worked with Lake Union Partners to construct and lease up the project. We continue to manage the retail today.
